Waka Flocka Flame Says He Wants to Make a Song With Miley Cyrus

All talks of his feud with Gucci Mane aside, Waka Flocka Flame is still making moves. He was in New York City this week for a round of interviews, where he spoke on everything from his next album Flockavelli 2 to two more mixtapes coming this summer. But, the most intriguing information was Waka sharing his affection for hip-hop’s girl-of-the-moment, Miley Cyrus.

During his sitdown with Pigeons & Planes, the BSM leader opened up about his crush on Miley. There are a couple of gems here, like him wanting to do a record with her. He also shared his thoughts on Miley’s viral twerking video, and even gets surprised about hearing her engagement with an Australian actor. Okay so have you guys met? What’s going on? Are you on her album?
I’m not going to lie, I bummed a guest seat from Russell Simmons to go to her party. I got like a real slick crush on her. I went to the party, she didn’t even know it. I walked right by here, she didn’t even know it. As soon as she walked in the door I walked right fucking by her, she didn’t even know. I didn’t say shit. I haven’t met her in real life. I will introduce myself. I want to get a record with her. I got a sick, sick, sick record. Let me see if I got it. I got something I’d like to write for her, give her a feel for it just to write. [Plays song] I already got my verse for it, I created the song, it’s called “Shots.” I got to pitch it, damn she might want to do it for her album! That’d be awesome. Miley Cyrus Joins Fight Against Horse-Drawn Carriages in NYC

Contrary to previous reports, Miley Cyrus does not appear to be fighting with Liam Hemsworth and all it well between the couple.

But the young superstar is itching for a fight of a very different kind, mother Tish Cyrus confirms to E! News.

She has joined celebrities such as Alec Baldwin, Lea Michele, Pamela Anderson and Joan Jett in the fight to ban horse-drawn carriage rides in New York City.

“Miley grew up around animals and with all our horses growing up, so she is very passionate about protecting all animals,” Tish says, explaining her family’s support for a petition against the practice.

A spokesperson for New Yorkers for Clean, Livable & Safe Streets says the Cyrus family has been instrumental is helping the organization gather 100,000 signatures on a document that shows support for the ban.

“Miley’s fans have been amazing” in the effort, Mama Cyrus says, adding that the clan would consider turning its 500-acre Nashville farm into a horse sanctuary for retired carriage pullers.

Miley, of course, has always been a major animal advocate. She seems to adopt a new puppy every week.

“You all made my mama and all the horses so happy :),” the singer/actress Tweeted this week. “my fans really do come in handy xx.”

Miley Cyrus ‘twerks’ in a Unicorn Costume

Basketball star LeBron James, will.i.am, Amber Rose, Pharrell Williams and Ryan Seacrest are among those marveling at Miley’s WOP video, which she posted on Facebook on Wednesday and popped up on Good Morning America today. “She gettin it!!” tweeted LeBron.

In it, Miley’s dressed in a unicorn outfit and she’s “twerking.”

Although it looks like a frog in the video or maybe a donkey or horse, it’s a unicorn. We know that because Miley tweeted: “I’m a twerking unicorn NOT frog.”

And what is twerking?

According to Wiktionary, it’s “A puny or insignificant person, generally male; a twerp; To twitch or jerk; To move the body in a sexually suggestive twisting fashion.”

So there’s Miley, twerking. Or, as some might call it — dancing.

Watch until the end and you’ll see her stick her tongue out.

And what is WOP? It’s a dance that first surfaced last year.

Also causing buzz in her photo is that engagement ring that appears to be back on her left hand.

Miley Says Her New Album Is “SO CLOSE!”

Miley Cyrus took to Twitter to let her fans know that her album is on the way, in fact it’s almost here.

Miley Tweeted the following message to fans: “So close i can taste it.” The Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus, who is making a comeback to the music world with her fourth studio album, has signed with Britney Spears ex-manager. Larry Rudolph, best known for guiding the career of Spears, has taken on the 20-year-old former Disney star as a client, reported the Hollywood reporter. The two officially began working together earlier this month. Cyrus recently signed with RCA Records, announcing in January that she was working with Dr Luke on her next album. Other collaborators for the future release include Hit-Boy, Da Internz and Pharrell Williams.

It looks like Miley is super excited about her upcoming CD, and so are her fans. It maybe that Miley went for a completely different sound on this album. Although, no one knows exactly the type of sound she has adopted for this new album. The former Disney star has been working hard on a new album since the end of last year. Miley Signs With Larry Rudolph for Management

Miley Cyrus is readying a big return to the music world, not only with her fourth studio album, which is currently being recorded, but also by signing with a new manager.

Larry Rudolph, best known for guiding the career of Britney Spears, has taken on the 20-year-old former Disney star as a client, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. The two officially began working together earlier this month.

In February 2012, Cyrus split from longtime manager Jason Morey, who has since gone on to helm management duties at 19 Entertainment, home to “American Idol.”

Cyrus recently signed with RCA Records, announcing in January that she was working with Dr. Luke on her next album. Other collaborators for the future release include Hit-Boy, Da Internz and Pharrell Williams, who told THR in February that Cyrus’ voice “is totally different from the ‘Party in the U.S.A.’ thing. There’s way more country influence. … There’s definitely a lot of hip-hop at the heart of it. … Her project is a definitely a melting pot of all the stuff she likes.”

Cyrus’ last studio release from Hollywood Records was 2010′s “Can’t Be Tamed,” peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and sold 102,000 copies in its first week. It received mixed reviews from critics but failed to deliver a hit. Her previous albums, 2007’s “Meet Miley Cyrus” and 2008’s “Breakout” were both certified platinum, with the former moving more than 3 million units in the U.S.

A release date for Cyrus’ forthcoming album has yet to be announced.

Miley Cyrus Opens Up About Wedding Plans

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth may be two of the hottest stars in Hollywood right now, but their wedding will likely be low-key.

“When the wedding does happen, it’s probably going to be a small, intimate one,” Cyrus’ mother, Tish Cyrus, said in an interview with People magazine. The interview will be included in the issue that hits newsstands Friday.

Cyrus, 20, and her mother are on the hunt for the perfect wedding gown, and earlier this month they attended Marchesa’s Fall 2013 fashion show to look at bridal gowns.

“They make the most amazing dresses. They are definitely one of our options,” Cyrus said, speaking of the designer.

Cyrus also said she and Hemsworth, 23, haven’t talked specifics about their wedding plans. She said her fiancé is “pretty laid-back about everything.

“It’s the best thing ever,” Cyrus said. “To know that I found the person I want to be with forever is pretty awesome. He’s everything I want.”

Hemsworth and Cyrus met in 2009 while co-starring in “The Last Song,” a film about two teens who fall in love.

Cyrus became famous playing the Disney Channel character Hannah Montana, and Hemsworth starred in the hit film “The Hunger Games.”

Miley Cyrus modeled a street wear look on her Twitter page. She posted a photo of herself wearing a white tank top and a cap from Dimepiece on Saturday (February 16).

She wrote: “I’m a dime. Best top of the line. @dimepieceLA”

The 20-year-old recently attended New York Fashion Week where she sat front row at the Rachel Zoe and Marchesa shows.

She Tweeted: “Love to the fabulushhhh @RachelZoe thank you for having me today! Can’t wait to rock everything”

The former Hannah Montana star also went to the Cosmopolitan launch party while in the city. At the event the March cover girl told Entertainment Tonight, “All these women are reading about sex in Cosmo, and then it’s like Liam naked in the pool. So he loves it, I’m sure… he’s like so happy.”

She added, “I’m the only fiancée that pimps her fiancé out, like talks about how hot [he is].”

Miley Chills At Marchesea Fashion Show; Willow Smith Chills at Home

When we walked into Marchesa on Wednesday night, the first thing we saw was Nina Garcia miming the act of stabbing someone. We feel you, girl, but hang on: Fashion Week is almost over. And if you, dear reader, can think of any reason why Nina might want to kill you, make sure you double-bolt the door tonight when you go to bed.

Miley Cyrus had a big day – she’d almost got crushed by the press at Rachel Zoe, for one thing – but at least she didn’t look like she was thinking about killing anyone. She was one of the first people in the venue, a small and very beautiful room at the main branch of the New York Public Library, and she looked kind of amazing in a pared-down white cocktail dress and leather jacket. Rumor has it that Miley is considering wearing Marchesa when she eventually marries Liam Hemsworth, so perhaps the fact that she was wearing white (and taking in the show with her mother) was a hint. Someone call Us Weekly.

If that was a hint, though, then we’re not sure what to make of the fact that Lake Bell attended the show with her actual fiancé whilst dressed in a very dramatic black cocktail frock, trimmed in jet beading and feathers. We’d warn Mr. Lake Bell to watch his back, but the Mrs. seemed pretty chipper when we overheard her talking about Sundance, where she won the screenwriting award, so we think everyone in her vicinity is safe. Breathe easy.

Also chic in basic black was Jada Pinkett-Smith, sans offspring this time. “Where’s Willow?” one of the photographers called out. “She’s chilling,” Jada explained, as she hurried to her seat. Ah, to be 12 years old and live the sort of life where you pass up a major runway show just because you would rather chill. Equally chill was Harvey Weinstein, there at the show to support wife Georgina Chapman – and also to work the front row of celebrities, naturally. “Can you take Harvey to his seat? No, seriously,” we overheard a PR girl say after Mr. Weinstein dawdled to chat up Miley Cyrus. Don’t they know that, just like Miley herself, Harvey cannot be tamed?
