Miley, 18, was interviewed by philSTAR.com and opened up about how Liam, 21, makes her feel special.

“I think [love is] someone that’s always there to listen,” she said. “I think that’s the thing people make mistake about is that they always want to have the answers and they’re fixers — and I don’t like people trying to fix me.”
