Bruce, Miley’s manager, confirmed that the 19-year-old singer, Miley Cyrus, is attending the 2012 VMA’s. We’re so happy seeing her again on the red carpet.

Last year she attended this event, too with a beautiful Roberto Cavalli dress and presented Best Rock Video.
