Yesterday (13th of August) Miley was seen walking in Philadelphia with her fiance Liam Hemsworth. These are the first candids with her new haircut, which is really cute! Miley looked flawless wearing a black dress, a plaid shirt and All Star. She seemed to be annoyed by the paparazzis, as she was hiding her face.
