Miley states that she stays fit by maintining a gluten free diet, “Everyone should try no gluten for a week,” the LOL star tweeted last month. “The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing.” The star also attends daily pilaties classes.

Just ask Kim Kardashian, who lost ten pounds in ten days prior to heading to the Dominican Republic with her family in March. In addition to intense daily sweat sessions, “I went gluten-, dairy-, and sugar-free,” Kardashian, 31, told Us Weekly of her slimdown plan.

They are avid animal lovers and Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth recently adopted their fourth dog.And while little Happy is no doubt delighted to be welcomed into such a loving home, it seems he needed to go for a check-up to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Miley, 19, was spotted carrying her adorable pooch as she and 22-year-old beau Liam took a trip to the vet.
It certainly seemed there was nothing to worry about as the couple appeared in good spirits and were smiling as they walked the short distance from their car to the animal hospital.However Happy wasn’t quite living up to his namesake and looked a little worried as his superstar owner cradled him in her arms.Miley was dressed casually in a grey cardigan and matching top, along with skinny jeans.She also tied her brunette locks into a high bun and accessorised with orange ballet pumps.And the LOL star was also showing off her newest accessory after piercing her nose earlier this week and debuting the ring two days ago.
Liam looked hunky as he arrived at the vet with his girlfriend and their pooch today, sporting a dove grey jumper, jeans and a black baseball cap.Miley brought the dog home last week after he was found abandoned outside a supermarket.The Hannah Montana star explained on Twitter: ‘He was left in a box in front of Walmart. I don’t understand how people can be so cruel. That’s why we named him Happy.”She believes the pup is a possible Rottweiler-beagle mix, and she said he has gone ‘from cardboard to Maison Martin Margiela.’Miley already owned three other dogs, Lila, Floyd and Ziggy, and is an advocate of adoption.

Yesterday, Miley posted on her twitter account ( @mileycyrus) a picture of herself. It’s from a photoshoot made by Brian Bowen Smith, for her site , www.mileycyrus.com’s desing and maybe for other upcoming projects, like music. She looks so flawless, everybody liked the picture.
Also MTV said that Miley looked gorgeous. Hope we’ll get more photos of this shoot.

Miley Cyrus did an interview for German show Punkt 12 on May 8th, 2012 in Los Angeles to promote LOL in Germany.
Interviewer: She obviously doesn’t want to be a cute teenager anymore as you can see by her new nose piercing. Miley is here to promote her new movie LOL which means Laughing Out Loud but in the interview Miley never laughs. She looked really self-controlled and professional. There has to be a lot of pressure for Miley as a teen — idol.
Miley: The money you gain is a kind of compensation for all the hate on the internet and for the paparazzi. You can buy yourself a big house but you’re not able to leave it because as soon as you are out on the streets its like you’re under fire.
Interviewer: You can see how hard Miley can get along with this in the last couple of months. Some people say The Ex-Hannah Montana Star is about to turn into a bitch. Sometimes she wears no underwear, sometimes she swears to the paparazzi.
Miley (to paparazzi): Fuck off you dirty fucking pigs!
Interviewer: Last month pictures shocked us when we saw bruises on Miley’s arms, this proves that Miley has self-harmed. Also Miley looks like she is anorexia. The nineteen year old girl says that all these rumors hurt her.
Miley: If I loose weight, I’m anorexic. If I gain weight, I’m fat. People often forget how hard it is when everybody judges you. There are a lot of people who can’t get along with this and break down because of that.
Interviewer: Demi Moore who plays Miley’s mother in the movie, that comes out May 31st, was about to break down because of that. She of all the people, who just went into a rehab center, is Miley’s role model.
Miley: She’s unbelievable great and she’s my mentor. She has been doing this job for years now and nothing’s gonna knock her down.
Interviewer: Miley wants to work less so she can concentrate on herself. Hopefully she does this and hopefully she doesn’t follows her role model’s Demi example.
